Air-Fryer Copycat Twin Peaks Mozzarella Cheese Bites – Air-fried mozzarella? Yes, please!!
If you find yourself at a Twin Peaks Restaurant, try their Fried Mozzarella bites! They are quite delicious! I dined there for one of the guy’s birthday gatherings. In my opinion, it’s totally a guy’s restaurant, and the guys certainly like the “atmosphere.” Insert eye-roll here. Twin Peaks, get it? Seriously, there are lots of very nice and well-trained waitstaff working there …(showing off their greatest assets.) They have a variety of foods from steaks to bar food. My favorites were their Mozzarella Bites and their Millionaire’s bacon. Their Millionaire’s bacon is sweet and spicy, much like my sriracha glazed bacon and my Air-Fryer Copycat Twin Peaks Mozzarella Bites are equally as good as their deep-fried bites!

About 2 years ago my sister-in-law introduced me to the carrot cake at J. Alexander’s. I NEVER order carrot cake. Why? Because there is no chocolate in it of course and it usually just tastes like cloves to me. But, I wanted to be polite, and my SIL never steers me wrong, so I tried a bite. WOW, it’s like no other cake I have ever tried. I knew I had to come up with a Copycat J Alexanders Cake.
My Copycat Panera Cheese Soufflé Recipe Won a Contest!
Remember my Copycat Panera Four-Cheese Breakfast Soufflé recipe I posted in May? Well, I was searching the web one day for “how to make a harvest apron” when I found a couple of contests on Instructables. I was also researching SEO and finding ways to generate traffic to my blog. So I figured that I’d join some recipe contests to see if more people visited and rated my recipes. I submitted 2 recipes and I made the winners circle! Both recipes were featured on the site!
This recipe for Copycat Panera Cheesy Soufflés is a great make-at-home version of Panera’s popular Four-Cheese Baked Egg Soufflé!
Did you see my post on Instagram with my version of Copycat Panera Soufflés? I had a breakfast tradition with my niece where I’d pop by and drop off breakfast for her, (usually a Panera Soufflé) but during the early days/months of the pandemic, we could not find them in town at any Panera! I decided I would make my own copycat Panera cheesy soufflés! They were so good and I was able to continue my tradition of having a super fast (socially distanced) breakfast break with my niece before work.
